Still nothing as of September 11 2014

When I support it from Japan, the collection of the fund is hopeless.
Is there not any means?

@justin – To my knowledge not a single person got the reward. Anye said he pre-purchased all of the iPod nanos that were supposed to go with the device and no one has received them either. Backers are furious and wanted their iPod if nothing else came of the project, but it appears as if they were never purchased, or he simply doesn’t want to pay to ship two items if the project ever comes through. As @idealmuzik said – kickstarter is a risk, but it is quite upsetting when the creator seems as if he isn’t even trying to resolve his product issue.

$150 of my money stolen.
We do take a risk that the project may fail, but we still deserve something for our
money from Anye and Kickstarter. He could have sent partial refunds, ipods, head
phones, something. The fact that he took the money and just disappeared with no
updates or apology is both criminal and morally reprehensible.
He stole our time, hope, and $133,702….

I wanted one of these at the time. Can you provide any more specifics? Did anyone get their rewards? Has the creator refused refunds and stopped communicating? I’ll add Anyé Spivey to the knowledge base.

Typical kickstarter campaign- over promise and never deliver. Decent idea at the time for those who wanted a way to work out with out cords. Ipod nano and “decent” wireless headphones to go with it for around $150. Not bad if you came across the project before you were getting ready to invest in something similar. Once the problem started they never stopped and responses or updates became obsolete. Everyone bought into the original idea, then he changed it after funding thus making a lot of backers upset and demanding refunds. To be honest I lost interest in reading comments because I consider this one in the books. Another easy way for intelligent idea and decent marketing idea to scam thousands out of money.
