There have been regular (but conflicting, many irrelevant and some quite disturbing) updates, but it is clear to the majority of backers that this project is a scam. Creator claims the product has been manufactured, but he won’t ship because the software (that runs from your smartphone, not the bear) is not complete.
Creator offered refunds in one update but never gave any and then said there was a time-limit on the refund offer.
