“Hello, my name is Dami and I am a postgraduate student at the University of Southampton, United Kingdom currently working on a dissertation about crowdfunding. The focus is on the issue surrounding project delivery delay/failure which has probably become an area of concern for many of you. I will be looking at the impact of this issue on both backers and project creators.
For backers
Asides comments on blogs/websites, there is little or no research yet on how these delays affect people who fund projects or what impact it has on their funding behavior. This survey focuses on the backer side of the issue.
